SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays.
We ship all orders via trusted carriers like Purolator, Canada Post, or UPS, depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure timely delivery!
Missed Deliveries or Returned Packages: If the carrier attempts delivery and you’re not home, they will usually leave a delivery notice or hold the package at a local depot for pickup. If the package isn’t picked up within their hold period, it will be returned to us. If your order is returned due to non-pickup: You can request a reship of your product for the cost of a new shipping fee, OR You can request a refund, minus the original and return shipping charges. We are happy to work with you to ensure you get what you need, but we are not responsible for missed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fleurynd@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened, do not require refrigeration, and are not light sensitive. Please contact us if you have any questions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, you will need to package and ship the products back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact us if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
